Shortly after joining F1, Ayrton became one of the fastest racers, quickly surpassing the accomplishments of his predecessors. His successes on the track inspired a generation of young drivers and he also did humanitarian work off the track, raising awareness for the less privileged youth in Brazil and other countries.
In 1993, Ayrton tragically lost his life in an incident on the racetrack. His death was a tragedy for the world and his memory lives on in the hearts of those who followed him. He remains one of the greatest drivers the world has ever known, and his legacy inspires the world to this day.
