
Josef Mengele was born on March 16th 1911 in Bavaria, Germany and his zodiac sign is Pisces. He became a member of the Nazi party while pursuing his studies.
After the outbreak of World War II Mengele was transferred to the new Concentration Camp in Auschwitz. He was an active player in the “selections” where he would decide who would live or die, as well as conducting “medical” experiments on inmates. He became very well known as the “Angel of Death” due to his heinous crimes and cruelties conducted at Auschwitz.
After the war ended, Mengele managed to evade capture and went into hiding until his death in the 1980s. He never faced justice for his crimes and was never convicted. Despite his immense notoriety and the abhorrent crimes he committed, Mengele will also be remembered for his intelligence, ambition and scientific achievements.
